About the Role
We are in search of a Process Consultant who is adept at understanding and analyzing business processes, with a keen eye for automation opportunities. You will be pivotal in guiding our clients, mainly founders and CEOs, from traditional manual processes to optimized automated systems using the latest in automation and artificial intelligence technologies. Process Consultants are also responsible for keeping a finger on the pulse of new AI tools and conducting research on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand client business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor automation solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Design and implement efficient automation strategies using tools like Zapier, Airtable, and other no-code/low-code platforms.
- Work closely with Project Managers and automation engineers to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in automation and AI to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in business process analysis and implementing automation solutions.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms such as Zapier, Airtable, and similar technologies.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Experience in client-facing roles and a strong understanding of various business domains.
