About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and documenting automations using no-code platforms like Zapier and Airtable.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and implement automations in Zapier, Make and Airtable
• Collaborate closely with our Project Managers and Chief Automation Officers to understand and execute client requirements
• Produce detailed documentation of automation builds as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Leverage your understanding of webhooks and APIs to build efficient and robust systems
• Build automation tables to show the value of each automation on a minutes saved/week basis
• Contribute to improving onboarding and lead nurturing flows for our clients

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience with automation tools, webhooks, and APIs
• Proficiency with no-code platforms such as Zapier and Airtable
• Bonus: Experience Hubspot, Close IO, or other common CRMs
• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
